High technologies as an object of investments:

The first quarter of xxist century

As it is known, there are three kinds of the matter: the substance, the energy and the information.

The revolution in the field of information technologies that started in the second half of the twentieth century and developed dynamically in the last quarter of the same demands an implementation of similar breakthrough in technologies of energy obtaining and transporting, and also obtaining and handling of materials. It is indispensable requirement of the resolution of forthcoming energetic, ecological and social crises.

However, conventional science (mainly, conventional physics) is not capable to withstand these challenges of epoch. The streamline directions of physics of the second half of twentieth century, namely high-energy physics and thermonuclear fusion, implemented their potential completely and have appeared to be dead-end ones.

We suggest that the new, just being formed scientific direction, namely the physics of neutrino of extra low energies (termed in the literature also by torsion, axion, microlepton, monopolar magnetic, spinor, scalar fields; further NNN - stands for the Not-high ENergy Neutrino) can provide an output from above mentioned crises. The former promises both cardinal qualitative and quantitative step forward in fundamental knowledge on the Nature and Human, and unprecedented breakthrough in the field of obtaining new materials and technologies of their handling, communications and transporting, energy production, environmental protection, public health services and medicine. The classified list of new high technologies is given below. These ones can accept the huge investments at the beginning of the XXIst century and are capable to blow up the present market.

I. A basis of the future technologies: physics of NNN.

    Development of methods of intense NNN flows generation.

    Development of methods of NNN detection and spectroscopy.

    Development of methods of absorption, screening and protection against NNN radiation.

II. Materials and technologies of their handling.

    Solid-state materials and technologies:

       Emolliating, melting and foaming of solid substances under action of intense NNN flows: making a new generation of constructional, building and finishing materials, revolution in metal working.

    Materials and devices of electric circuits.

Interaction of NNN with metals, semiconductors and dielectrics:

        Implementation of phase transitions (FT) of metal - dielectric, metal - high-temperature superconductor, semiconductor - metal, semiconductor - dielectric, dielectric - semiconductor, diamagnetic - paramagnetic types, varying an electrical conductivity and capacity of p-n-transitions - various applications in electronics and computer technique, creation of new metallic high-temperature superconductors.

    Interaction of NNN with liquids:

           - selective variation of reactivity, dissolving capacity and structure of fluids - applying in mining, chemical industry, food-processing industry, environmental protection, pharmacology, medicine etc.

III. Transporting:

    Development of methods of NNN interaction with a gravitational field and creation of new types of energy conserving aviation and space carriers (see also items V.1, VIII.3).

IV. Communications.

    Development of new types of address communication (connection) with applying of directed beams of NNN radiations.

    Development of new views of information broadcasting with applying not focussed «neutrino fields».

V. Energy production.

    Development and commercial exploration of free energy generators (FEGs), operating energy of NNN dispelled in space; it is possible to aggregate FEGs in some groups in accordance with physical phenomena used for the energy transformation:

       Magnetic and electromagnetic machines;

       Electrical and electronic (solid-state) systems;

       Electric discharge and arc devices;

       Hydrodynamic and cavitation devices and

       Capillary - gravitational systems.

    Development and commercial exploration of power sources based on a neutrino - induced nuclear reactions of cold fusion and transmutation.

VI. Geology and mining.

    Development and commercial exploration of methods of NNN diagnostics and reconnaissance of mining and ore deposits.

    Extraction of mining mineral resources by a well method with usage of neutrino - activated solvents.

VII. An environmental protection.

    Development and commercial exploration of methods for nuclear energy production, radioactive wastes processing and clearing radiation-contaminated lands using neutrino-driven nuclear reactions.

    Development of purification methods of industrial pollutions based on neutrino-induced variation of dissolving capability (see p.II.3).

VIII. Public health services and medicine.

    Development and exploration of methods of NNN based instrumental diagnostic of diseases.

    Development and exploration of a set of methods of NNN based instrumental biological correction.

       A cupping of all somatic (not genetic) diseases, including cardiovascular and oncology ones.

       Treatment of zymotic diseases, including AIDS.

       A post-traumatic rehabilitation.

       A neurology, psychiatry and anti-stress rehabilitation and preventive measures.

      Reactivation of pathologically changed, mutilated or lost organs and tissues.

       Inhibition of aging and restitution of functions of a healthy mature organism, extension of fissile and rigorous life.

       Regulation of exchange processes in human organism.

       An osteoplastics - both post-traumatic and cosmetic one.

    Realization of a neutrino-induced anabiosis - applying in medicine, including in space medicine for prolonged space flights.

The cooperation with investors both in a field of research and development and in a field of expert estimations and consulting is offered. It is stressed that the cooperation in a field of pioneering basic researches (part I of the above list) will allow the potential investors to receive an exclusive information on a correctness of the above prognoses and to initiate with assimilation of just forming market of revolutionary technologies.
